I first had the opportunity to work with the owners, Fred Christman and Mike Langs, in 1989 at Citibank when my career of helping people to purchase and refinance their homes began. Over the years I’ve earned a reputation for being an effective communicator, offering sound advice that’s always in the best interest of my clients, and for closing loans on time.

A rare third generation native of Arizona, my great-grandfather settled in downtown Phoenix in 1895 and established the DeMund Lumber Company with his brothers. However, Honeywell relocated my parents and seven kids to the east coast when I was 2, so I grew up in Massachusetts and New Jersey before returning to Arizona in 1986 to finish my degree at Arizona State University.

My passions include hiking, football, cribbage and being a dog-rescuer. Smitty is my third rescue dog and a great hiking companion. I enjoy achieving the goal of summiting mountains, and I’d love to help you achieve your goals are of purchasing or refinancing your home!
